Four weeks, one date, and a number that was fixed beforehand.
For anyone who needs proof in their own house before a retainer. One workflow is rebuilt from the result backwards and afterwards runs without the people who do it today.
In four weeks one workflow runs without the people who do it today. What it used to cost is fixed in writing.
- One workflow is rethought and rebuilt from the result backwards
- The two or three systems it needs are connected
- A traffic light inside the workflow, cost per run visible, a weekly check-in
- The form of the solution follows your problem: a rebuilt workflow, an integration, an agent or a web app of your own
If the baseline is not beaten, we rework for up to four weeks at no cost. There is no money back, but the rework is measured beforehand and capped.
The price comes out of a joint calculation: your figures for working time, handovers, external costs, errors and waiting time, your hourly cost, and an honest statement of how much of it realistically falls away. One sheet, confirmed by you, before price is discussed.
Four weeks in four steps.
Baseline
What does the workflow cost today? Working time, handovers, external costs, errors, waiting time. One sheet that you confirm.
Rethought
We ask what the workflow would look like if you could build it from scratch today, and we build that. We do not digitise the old way.
Built and connected
Two or three systems, one traffic light: what runs on its own, what asks back, what waits for approval.
Measured
Does the workflow beat the baseline? If not, up to four weeks of rework. After that you decide whether more follows.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask before the four weeks.
What does “One less process” cost?
The price comes out of your figures. We work out what the workflow costs today per year: working time, handovers, external costs, errors, waiting time. Then we say how much of it realistically falls away, and the price is a share of that. You confirm the sheet before money is discussed. The amount is credited against a later retainer.
How long does it take?
Four weeks with a date: baseline, rethought, built and connected, measured. Plus a weekly check-in. If the baseline is not beaten, we rework for up to four weeks at no cost.
Which process is a fit?
One that repeats every week, costs people time today and pulls its data from two or three systems: weekly reports, handovers, quotes, collecting receipts, standard replies. In the intro call we check whether it fits and which figures we need for the baseline.
What happens if it does not work?
Then we rework for up to four weeks, without an invoice. There is no money back, but the rework is measured beforehand and capped. We can only promise this because we measured before the start.
What do we need in-house?
One named person who knows the workflow today, with about four hours a week during the four weeks. Access to the two or three systems, read-only at first. Nobody needs AI skills.
What happens after the four weeks?
The workflow runs, the measurement is on the table, and you decide. Either it keeps running with you, with everything that belongs to it, or the AI Builder takes it into the ongoing retainer and adds the next workflows. The amount paid is credited.
Next step
Which process should go first?
In 30 minutes we check whether it fits the four weeks, and which figures we need for the baseline.
