Someone who owns AI at your side, without you having to hire them.
Your recurring work shrinks from quarter to quarter, and you see in numbers by how much. Monthly fee, cancellable monthly, all of it belongs to you.
Someone who is present in your business and keeps cutting down the recurring work.
They gather the context, see where time is lost, build the things, keep them running and work with your people so that they actually use them.
Managed AI means: we look after your AI workflows the way your IT partner looks after your IT. Ongoing and for a fixed monthly fee, not as a project that ends at some point. We run the system and teach your people to work with it. Both from the start.
- Capture company context and keep it current, even as people come and go
- Connect systems so that the AI reaches the data it needs
- Find workflows, build them and run them
- Set guardrails: what runs on its own, what asks back, what waits for your approval, all of it logged
- Keep an eye on cost, switch models when it pays off
- Bring new people on board, with a profile and an introduction
- Quarterly review against the baseline: what has changed, what comes next
A choice in the first weeks, not a second offer.
In-house
Open models, run locally at your premises. Data stays entirely in-house. For data-sensitive industries: fiduciary, wealth management, healthcare, legal.
In the cloud
Models from large providers in the cloud, with a Swiss contract and a data processing agreement. Before the start we tell you which model runs where.
In both cases our security background applies: a separate environment per customer, nothing shared, read-only access at first and approvals for anything that could hurt.
Frequently asked questions
What people ask before an ongoing retainer.
What does the AI Builder cost?
From CHF 5'000 per month, cancellable monthly, with no hourly billing and no time quota. “From”, because a business with 250 staff needs more presence than one with 40. How much more comes out of the same joint calculation as for “One less process”.
What does the AI Builder actually do?
They gather and maintain the context of your business, connect the systems, find, build and run the workflows, set guardrails, keep an eye on cost, bring new people on board and report quarterly against the baseline. The way your IT partner looks after your IT, only for the AI workflows.
What do we need in-house?
One named person in-house, around four hours a week. They do not need to understand AI. They need to know how your business works, and be reachable. Without this person a system falls asleep, no matter who built it.
Where does our data run?
Two routes, decided in the first weeks: in-house with open models, without data leaving the building, or in the cloud with a Swiss contract and a data processing agreement. In both cases a separate environment per customer, nothing shared, read-only access at first.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep everything: the company knowledge, the workflows, the profiles, the approval rules and the measurements, as readable files. We hand over in full, and you carry on with someone else or by yourself.
Is the retainer worth it, or is one process enough?
When in doubt, “One less process”: four weeks with a date are easier to decide on than an open-ended monthly fee. The retainer pays off when the work should keep shrinking and someone should find, build and keep running the next workflows. In the intro call we work out how much presence it takes, and whether it is needed at all.
