Two people discussing a task at a laptop

Bring the task you have been putting off for weeks.

In two hours you get further with that task than in all the weeks before. You see the same task solved without and with your company knowledge, you take your profile with you, and afterwards you can carry on by yourself. You need neither your team nor IT for it.

The process

Four steps, and in each one you work along yourself.

1

Without context

Your task gets solved once, the way any assistant does it today. The result is correct, generic and useless for your business. It is the reference point for everything after it.

2

Your profile, built live

We build your profile files together with you: your role, your way of working, your priorities, your team, your company. Then the same task is solved again.

3

The correction loop

You say what is still wrong. We write it into the system instead of into the chat. You see the difference between a correction that disappears when the window closes and one that stays.

4

You work, we watch

At the end you solve a task yourself. Then we record your three most time-consuming workflows and write down what they cost you today. That is the baseline everything can be measured against later.

What you take away

All of it belongs to you, even if nothing happens afterwards.

Your profile files

Four to five files in plain text. Portable between Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Langdock.

The same task, solved three times

Without context, with context, after the correction loop. It shows you what your company knowledge makes possible.

The loop as a skill

Afterwards you know how a system gets better, instead of only having a better result.

Three workflows with a baseline

Your three most time-consuming workflows, with what they cost today. In writing.

One check-in after 30 days

Short and honest: what are you still using, what not, and why.

No commitment

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. If it fits, we keep talking.

Your preparation

Ten minutes and three questions.

1

Which task are you putting off?

The more concrete, the better. Big enough that a difference shows, small enough for two runs.

2

Which tool do you work with today?

Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Langdock or none. If you have none, we work in our environment and you take every file with you.

3

Attach one good example

A result you consider good yourself. That is how the system reads your standard.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before booking the two hours.

What do the two hours cost?

CHF 750 for one person, CHF 3'900 as a half day with up to six managers. Both are credited against “One less process” or the first three monthly fees. If it was not worth it, you do not pay.

How do the two hours work?

In four steps. Your task is solved once without context. Then we build your profile live and solve the same task again. Then the correction loop, where your corrections go into the system instead of into the chat. At the end you solve a task yourself, and we record your three most time-consuming workflows with what they cost.

What do I need to prepare?

Ten minutes and three questions: which task are you putting off? Which tool do you work with today? And one example of a result you consider good yourself. We do not need your team or your IT.

What do I take away?

Four to five profile files in plain text that work in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Langdock. The same task solved three times. Three workflows with what they cost today, in writing. One check-in after 30 days. All of it belongs to you, even if nothing happens afterwards.

On site or remote?

Both. Remote is enough in most cases, because we work on your screen. For the half day with the management team we come to you.

Is my task a fit?

Big enough that a difference shows, small enough for two runs: a report, a quote, a reply to a customer, minutes of a meeting. Not sure? Describe it to us in the intro call, and we tell you straight whether the two hours are worth it.

Next step

Not sure yet whether your task is a fit?

Describe it to us in 30 minutes. We tell you straight whether the two hours are worth it, and book them right away if they are.
