Yannick Hirt in conversation at a laptop

You have no time for AI. We give it back to you.

We take over the recurring work in your business: find it, rebuild it, run it. Measured before and after, and your data stays with you or under a Swiss contract.

Sound familiar?

The same work every week, by hand every week.

You know that AI could take work off your hands in your business too. But reading up, trying things out, tidying up and sticking with it is a full-time job, and nobody in your company has that time spare. So it gets left, and next week the day-to-day looks the same again.

The same report, every Monday

Pull figures out of three systems, drop them into the same template, send. For years now, by hand.

The handover costs more than the work

Between sales and production, between shifts, between departments. Asking again every time, waiting every time.

One person knows how it really works

When that person goes on holiday, the department stalls. Their knowledge is written down nowhere, so everything depends on them.

Every department has its own AI tool

Paid for privately, nobody knows which data goes where. In a workshop you would not put up with that for a week.

The pilot fizzled out

Something was tried, then the day-to-day took over. Nobody owned it, and today nobody mentions it any more.

Nobody knows what the workflow costs

Working time, handovers, mistakes, waiting time. Without that figure you can neither decide nor prove that anything got better.

Where it ends

Recurring work should not get faster. It should stop.

We look for the processes that repeat the same way every week. We work out with you what one of them costs over a year. Then we rebuild it so that nobody has to sit with it any more, and we keep it running when your business changes.

Industries

Every industry, its own time sinks.

Coordination problems look different on a shop floor than in a fiduciary firm. Here we show where we typically start.

Where to start

Which way in fits you? It depends on where you stand today.

If you …

want to try it yourself first

You test on your own whether the AI gives more useful answers once it has your context. It costs nothing but your time.

The Toolbox →
If you …

have a task that has been sitting for weeks

You bring it along and leave with a result, your profile and three processes whose costs are written down.

The two hours →
If you …

know which process costs the most

You want proof in your own business before you commit to anything ongoing. After four weeks that one process is off your desk.

One less process →
If you …

want it to keep shrinking, not just once

Someone finds the next processes, rebuilds them and keeps them running when your business changes.

The AI Builder →

Not sure? In the intro call we tell you which way in fits. And also when your bottleneck cannot be solved with AI at all.

How we do it

A racehorse wins because somebody is in the stable every morning.

The AI is the racehorse. We are the stable behind it. The horse is fast, expensive and, without care, soon worth nothing. The work that gets it to the starting line does not happen on the track. It happens beforehand, every day, and it looks like nothing.

In the stableIn your business
Feeding, watering, mucking out
Capturing context and keeping it current, even as people come and go
Checking hooves, fitting new shoes
Keeping systems connected when something changes on your side
Adjusting the training plan
Finding, building and improving workflows
Calling the vet before it goes lame
Noticing when answers drift and correcting them before anyone relies on them
Deciding who is allowed to ride out
Guardrails: what runs on its own, what asks first, what waits for your approval
The stopwatch on training day
A baseline before, a measurement after, a quarterly review with numbers

A horse without a stable is soon back out in the field.

How we do it

The same AI. The same question. Once without your company knowledge, once with it.

Whether it is ChatGPT, Copilot or a local model: without your company context it is a brilliant new employee with amnesia and no key card. Highly intelligent and still useless. Flip the switch.

Question to the assistant“Prepare the Monday briefing for the management team.”

ChatGPT or Copilot · without company knowledge

Happy to help. Here is a suggestion for your Monday briefing:

  • A look back at last week
  • Key figures and developments
  • Open items and risks
  • Priorities for the coming week

Would you like me to flesh the points out further or build a template?

What is missing here

Correct and generic, so useless to you. You get this from any assistant, in any company, the same every Monday. It knows neither your customers nor your figures nor your hall 2.

Example from a manufacturing company, anonymised. Names and figures are illustrative.

Do the maths yourself

What is it really worth to you?

Your figures, including what is left of them in practice.

1 · What a workflow costs today

A workflow that repeats every week. A weekly report, a handover, a quote.

2 · The deduction for reality

Above is the ideal case. Two things pull it down.

3 · What you pay for it

The one-off setup, the licences, and the time of your own people.

Net in the first year · Net from year two ·
Gross saving·
Realistically achieved·
Cost in year one·
Break-even·
Adoption·
Time value per person·

Every figure here is your own assumption, not a commitment. We only say what is realistic for you once we have seen the workflow.

Wherever you start

Four things that always apply. No matter where you begin.

Everything belongs to you

Readable files instead of a proprietary format. When you leave, you get everything handed over in full.

Tools stay replaceable

Claude, GPT or a model in your own building. If the model changes, your process keeps running.

Your data stays where you want it

Cloud under a Swiss contract or entirely in-house. This website runs on an international host, your company data never does.

We say so when AI is not the answer

If your bottleneck is somewhere else, you hear it in the first call and not after the first invoice.

The questions that come up first

The objections that come up first, and our answers to them.

Which workflows in an SME are suited to AI?

Workflows that repeat the same way every week and pull their data from two or three systems: the weekly report from ERP and accounting, the handover between sales and production, the quote built from old quotes, collecting receipts, the fifth answer to the same customer question. Not suited are one-off cases, decisions that carry liability and anything for which nobody can state the rules. In the intro call we sort this out in ten minutes.

What does AI automation cost for an SME?

With us the prices are on the page: the Toolbox is free, the two hours cost CHF 750, the AI Builder starts at CHF 5'000 a month, cancellable monthly. Building a single workflow has no list price. It comes out of your figures: what the workflow costs today, what share realistically disappears, and a share of that as the price.

On top come the licences, set at CHF 30 per person per month in the calculator above, and the time of your named person, as a guide four hours a week.

“We already have ChatGPT or Copilot.”

In many Swiss companies Microsoft Copilot is the pragmatic route, because it sits inside Microsoft 365 and the data stays there. The catch: Copilot and ChatGPT do not know your company, neither your customers nor your workflows nor your figures.

We build the layer in between that knows your business, and we keep running it. The tool stays yours.

“What happens in those 30 minutes?”

You tell us which work looks the same every week in your company. We tell you whether we can change anything about it and how we would go about it. If we cannot, we say so in the call.

You need neither a screen share nor documents, and no sales email follows. You speak to Yannick Hirt.

“How quickly do we see a result?”

In the two hours you see the difference on your own task. That is the same day.

The first workflow comes with a date: after four weeks it runs, measured against the figure we established together beforehand. In the retainer, further workflows follow over the year.

“What does it cost in the end?”

Three prices are on the page: the Toolbox is free, the two hours cost CHF 750, the retainer starts at CHF 5'000 a month and is cancellable monthly.

The fourth price, building a workflow, comes out of your figures. We work out with you what the workflow costs today per year, say honestly what share realistically disappears, and the price is a share of that. Any figure we named beforehand would be a guess.

“Who does this on our side?”

One named person with a time budget, as a guide four hours a week. That is a condition. Without this person a system goes to sleep, no matter who built it. We have seen that often enough.

This person does not need to understand anything about AI. They need to know how your business works and be reachable. For the two hours we need nobody, only ten minutes of preparation from you.

“Does this mean we cut jobs?”

No, and we do not promise you job cuts either. What we measure is hours per workflow.

The work that stops is the work nobody likes doing. Pulling reports together, typing in figures, giving the same answer for the fifth time. The time goes into work that nobody gets round to today.

“Our data is too sensitive.”

That is why there are two routes. Cloud under a Swiss contract with a data processing agreement, where we tell you before the start which model runs where. Or entirely in your own building with open models, without any data leaving it.

This is where our security background counts: a separate environment per customer, nothing shared, and at the start the AI may only read, not write. This website runs on an international host. Your company data never runs there.

“Who owns what gets built?”

You do. Readable files, no proprietary format, versioned settings, documented access.

If you cancel, we hand over everything: the context, the workflows, the profiles, the measurements. You keep it all and can carry on with someone else or by yourself.

“What if the technology changes?”

It will change. The value lies in the structured knowledge about your business, and that stays when the tool changes. If the model changes, we migrate. That is part of the retainer and costs nothing extra.

“Who do we sign the contract with?”

With ODCUS AG, in the commercial register since 2022, registered office in Baar ZG, UID CHE-316.886.794. It issues the invoices and carries the liability. The retainer is cancellable monthly, and everything that is built belongs to you and stays with you. You do not commit blind for a year.

Next step

Which process costs you time every week?

Tell us about it in 30 minutes. You find out whether and how it can go away, and which way in fits. Even when none does.
